MONO MOTO can help identify replacement parts for your DHZ RAZE, order them for you and arrange in-store pickup or direct delivery.
This guide covers the RAZE 11kW and RAZE 15kW. Follow our DHZ Electric Motorcycle Maintenance Guide for the full maintenance schedule, battery care and storage instructions. Use the pressures, adjustment settings and tightening torques applicable to your bike; do not assume that all DHZ models use the same settings.
Before every ride: Check brakes, tyres, wheels, chain, sprockets, steering, throttle, fasteners, suspension and accessible battery connections. Do not ride with a fault that could affect safe operation.
After every ride: Clean and dry the bike, inspect for damage and clean and lubricate the chain as required. Keep lubricant away from brake discs, pads and tyres. Avoid direct water spray and pressure washing.
After first use and regularly: Recheck fasteners, chain adjustment, wheels and spokes. Inspect for wear, looseness and leaks, and arrange qualified servicing where required. Increase checks after wet, muddy, dusty or demanding riding.
Battery care and storage: Use the supplied charger or a replacement approved for your model. Follow the full maintenance guide for charging and storage, including approximately 50–70% state of charge for storage longer than two weeks. Do not use or charge a damaged battery.
DHZ specifies a 428 chain for both RAZE variants. The 11kW uses a 15-tooth front and 57-tooth rear sprocket; the 15kW uses an 11-tooth front and 60-tooth rear sprocket. Chain length must be checked against your actual bike before ordering. Confirm the existing setup and any modifications before ordering.
Please provide your date of purchase and clear photos of the chain and both sprockets. We can cross-reference your purchase information and check the existing components. Purchase date alone does not establish the production version, and parts may have been changed.
The RAZE 11kW uses a 72V 36Ah lithium-ion battery, while the RAZE 15kW uses a 72V 40Ah lithium-ion battery. Batteries, chargers and electrical components must be matched to the specific variant. For replacement battery or charger enquiries, send clear photos of the battery label, charger label, charging port and connectors. Include battery dimensions if available.
For a motor, controller, throttle, display, ignition or lighting component, provide photos of the existing part, its labels and connectors. We will confirm the correct replacement and availability before you order. Matching voltage or appearance alone does not establish compatibility.
For brake pads, levers or brake assemblies, specify front or rear and provide clear photos of the existing components.
For suspension, wheels, bearings, bodywork or a seat, send photos of the part required, its mounting points and any identifying markings. Similar-looking parts from other DHZ models should not be assumed to fit the RAZE.
Parts are supplied to order, with in-store pickup or direct delivery available. We can provide a delivered-price quote if you require delivery.
